Deepak Precision Works Pvt. Ltd. was started by Late Mr. Dharmanand Vasudev Dhargalkar who was a visionary & technocrat who came to Bombay from Goa in the year 1950 with a dreams and idea’s to become |

| an enterpreneur. But he found it difficult to turn his dream into reality without finance. |

Being new to the city of opportunities he had very few people knowing him & who could finance his venture. He decided to finance his venture through his own savings and for that he joined Burma Shell as a supervisor at Sewree oil Installation & bulk depot.
Looking at his extraordinary engineering knowledge, skill & his knack for precision & quality his superiors encouraged him to start his own engineering facility at the earliest. This was the turning point in his career and Deepak Precision Works was formed to undertake engineering fabrication & repairs for Burma Shell.
The company was started from a small workshop initially manufacturing |

scientific instruments, lube oil & chemical / pesticide automatic filling machines, PTO Pumps for Furnace oil, Tank Truck equipment & engineering works contracts for CALTEX, BURMASHELL, IBP& ESSO Oil Refineries & Bulk Petroleum Depot / Installations across india. With the growth of aviation industry the company diversified into manufacturing of Aviation Refuelling & Ground Support Equipments for Aviation Refuelling Stations and Into Plane Refueling Companies.
During the period of 1972-1975 Mr. Dharmanand trained his son Mr. Deepak and promoted him as his successor. Mr. Deepak who has inherited the engineering skills from his father took over the company after his sad demise in the year 1975. Mr. Deepak was more involved in R&D to improve the quality and performance of the products.

The company has now been taken over by Mr. Yatin Dhargalkar son of Mr. Deepak Dhargalkar. Mr.Yatin who has the skills & Talents inherited in him through his grandfather & father has taken the company to new heights with an ambition to make the company Numero Uno in India in the field of manufacturing of Aviation Refueling & Ground Support Equipments.
Under the leadership of Mr. Yatin the company is now manufacturing a wide variety of precision engineered components & products for aviation, petroleum, marine & defence sector.
The company is registered with public sector, private sector, multinational & defence establishment. The company now have a very wide customer base both domestic & international. |
